Dear Friends
There are many and varied tasks which need doing to keep the life of our Parish Church running smoothly. We are most grateful to the people who currently give so selflessly of their time for the sake of the church and wider community. There are however some interesting opportunities for people to get involved in whatever suits their interests and talents as we seek to ensure that the load is shared as equitably as possible. It’s the old adage that applies: many hands make light work!
Some roles are more suitable for regular church members, others (marked here with an asterisk) are equally suitable for people from the wider community. So, we would invite you to: Consider if you might like to offer your help in one of the areas listed. (You might choose something additional to or even instead of what you do now).
Speak to the contact person listed, to see what is required, or if you don’t know how to get in touch simply reply to this email and we’ll sort it for you.
Spread this invitation widely throughout your family, friends and the community and make contact as above. It’s amazing what a lot of skills can be uncovered once you start asking the questions!
